The PA who treated me was knowledgeable of my concern and did a very good job explaining what might be going on and how he was recommending to treat it. I was very appreciative of his attentiveness.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Diana is the most attentive physician I saw this week and I saw tens of doctors due to my heart situation. I love her!

Phenomenal procedure planning and scheduling. Then on the day of the surgerythe team was very thorough and precise and I know everything that was going to happen in advance. They are an extremely organized and well oiled machine. Thks to everyone involved for the awesome care.
Intake was moderately paced, which is good, too fast can be confusing and demeaning. Your staff was friendly and informative. I liked that staff introduced themselves by first names; “Doctor This” and “Nurse That” and “PA Whoever” is less welcoming in a stressful situation. Doctor Thelin explained everything well, and taught me a few things that were welcome. Needs were anticipated along the way and the gifts of warmth and laughter were shared throughout the experience.
