The entire team was amazing. While going to visit my 96 yr old mom I had what could be COVID symptoms. I had just arrived from VA. It was essential to know if I had anything contagious. The staff greeted me & got me started with registration. Each process was efficient. The staff & the “time to listen “ Dr deduced that allergies were the culprit. But you never know any more. I am grateful for their professional attitude & accurate diagnosis.
The service I received was exquisite and the Nurse Practitioners were cordial and knowledgeable.

It was good
I did not like having to hand my credit card to the front desk lady as a retainer before getting to see the doctor, it was intrusive. However, we thought that both the doctor and the nurse were fabulous people and very friendly to us.
Brandon was great and very informative. However, he forgot to call in my prescription. I tried to call however after 45 min waiting for someone to answer, I hung up and called Doctor on Demand. The receptionist was not very friendly.

Employees were helpful and friendly. They made sure things moved along at a timely fashion. Very happy with the care that was given to me. So happy I choose Fast Track urgent care/TGH.
