Fantastic. Receptionist was not friendly, just because it’s a medical location doesn't mean the greeting shouldn't be cordial. They have our name right in front of them. They can say thanks Kory. There are plenty of choices for walk ins why not step it up a notch at check in and departure, use peoples names! No excuses. Doc was fab.

Always can get in that day whereas one could wait weeks for primary care appt. BUT I am terribly frustrated by the fact that I cannot call in to get a time for that day or next AND I am unable to get into my patient portal as I am not well versed with tech
