Wait time was minimal and check on was smooth. Staff was friendly and polite. Only issue I have is the front desk asking the reason for the visit. That is going to be documented on the intake form—-since there are others in lobby I am not comfortable divulging my history or condition.

It was not urgent care, it was a neck surgery. They could it done better on the IV hep lock.
I wasnt Impressed with the NP, Melissa. She wouldn’t give me antibiotics except cough syrup and nasal spray yet said could turn into Bronchitis. Also she waited until the end of the examine coming back in with instructions and asked if my mom and I wanted a Covid test. So we would have to wait another 15 minutes when she could of asked sooner before she left the room for 15 minutes. Giving a COVID test shouldn’t be a option for the patient in my opinion to rule out COVID.
I Had to get a pre-op Covid test and the process was the most seamless and efficient process I’ve ever experienced. Quick drive up, polite staff, In and out!
Very easy to Schedule, when I arrived early they were willing to take me.
Staff were wonderful. My complain is the restroom used to collect urine sample. There was no soap or trash can. For females there was no bacterial wipes for proper urine sampling.
Quick! Less then 45 mins, affordable (we self paid) and the staff was friendly. 10 yr old head gash required 10 stitches and he said it barely hurt. Great experience.
Flawless as always Quick and friendly staff.
