Staff was very friendly and it was quick as soon you arrive at the drive thru staff quickly come i went twice and both times it was the same i haven't been to the urgent care yet if the drive thru was quick hopefully urgent care is the same

Prompt, professional, informative
Doctor and nurse was on point with my Covid treatment and they were nice. The Dr wanted me to go Rob hospital afterwards and I asked the front desk staff and no one could give me a straight answer on if the Hospital in Brandon offered what I needed. The Doctor was unsure as well. I did go to the hospital in Brandon and they told me I needed to go to Tampa General. I went there and got the run around. Long story short no one knew where I needed to go.
