Even though the practitioner couldn’t cure me, she did the next best thing and referred me to the hospital ER, for proper treatment. My problem was serious, so I’m glad she did that. She called me today to follow up - that was great of her.

My experience was good. I did not have to wait long to be attended
I went in with a burn on my hand after being told by another urgent care facility that I would have to wait while they treated colds and sinus issues! I got in right away and they even offered to help with the paperwork because my hand was burned. I will always go to TGH urgent care from now on. I was referred by my neighbor who is a nurse in the burn unit at TGH! I called her right away and she sent me the address so I could find it. I am very happy with the care I received.
