Every one was very pleasant ,especially the PA. The fact that I could get the antibiotics for uti at the office was very convenient .
The two young ladies that were working the drive thru covid testing were very nice. They explained everything to me and got me in and out in good time. Kudos to them.
Great. Quick process.
I have been going to fast track for quite some time and have always had good care. However ever since COVID wait times are ridiculous even with having an appointment. There is no pandemic but still I’ll people, I don’t understand why this is happening. I had an appointment for 1415 and did not get called back until just after 1500, then was not seen until 1545.
Good, but I have not received my covid test yet.
It's not easy for ANY medical facility to try and help the many personalities that walk thru their doors. Some really test the patience and otherwise control of the staff because not every patient should be judged by the adverse antics of others,. and that goes for any walk in life! But, the staff at this TGH urgent care track were certainly there for this patient and that is always appreciated and hoped for from medical staff taking care of our needs!
