Good, but I have not received my covid test yet.
It's not easy for ANY medical facility to try and help the many personalities that walk thru their doors. Some really test the patience and otherwise control of the staff because not every patient should be judged by the adverse antics of others,. and that goes for any walk in life! But, the staff at this TGH urgent care track were certainly there for this patient and that is always appreciated and hoped for from medical staff taking care of our needs! Even though the practitioner couldn’t cure me, she did the next best thing and referred me to the hospital ER, for proper treatment. My problem was serious, so I’m glad she did that. She called me today to follow up - that was great of her.
The nurses were so professional and friendly. Very impressed with the whole team!
