I waoted for a short time to see a professional. They took the time w/ me & gave me options for treatment.
It was fast but I didn’t like only knowing the day before my time of arrival… I don’t drive and I had to find someone to drive me and that was not a very long lead time … for most people… I did find someone that was willing to take off work for me..Thank goodness
Appointment was scheduled and well orginazied. Techs were very professional.
Everything was great except that I waited almost a hour and a half to be seen despite having an appointment.
Moved along quickly. Nurse was very pleasant.

Staff pleasant no problems with them. I’m. GLAD (not) to say I tested positive for a stuffy nose & temp of 97.4. OR was canceled. Not a happy camper with TGH policies. If I was sick I would have canceled it myself
