I was seen within 30 minutes after arrival. Both the medical technician and the physician’s assistant listened carefully to my description of my symptoms.
I was very pleased by the experience I had at the Brandon location. The support staff was professional and kind. The PA-C, Alexis Adams, addressed all my concerns and provided me with what I needed to tackle my symptoms, so that I could resume my usual activities. I expected to have roughly a 2-hour visit, but they exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in a jiffy!! I greatly appreciate the care I received. Thank you all.
Doctors and nurses did a great job taking care of me. Very caring and loving
I normally do not like walk in clinics but this was wonderful. The staff were excellent and the office was clean. The wait was not too bad considering the pain I was in and the staff were so nice. The doctor was excellent too. I will be back, if needed.

With all the pain I was going thru - going to your urgent care was a relief - from the staff and the doctors that was indeed a good service. We’re just visiting Tampa but we’re satisfied - there was even a follow up call after 5 days to check out how I’m feeling and the results of the tests. Thank you very much!!!
