Dr. Elizabeth Herman was very polite and courteous. Did an assessment, and informed me of the plan of care and I was happily on my way to recovery. She also let me know that if I was not feeling better soon to reach out to her which was very assuring. The entire staff was amazing.
Everything went well and in a reasonable timeframe.
Being in a lot of pain they made me comfortable and treated me immediately. Treatment is working and look forward to getting better each day.
I waited nearly 2 hrs but it was later afternoon. Usually in and out in 1 hr or less. Very pleased with care I received by ARNP Tryon.He was professional and caring. Diagnosed problem quickly and accurately… that’s why I go there!
This is the only urgent care I will ever go to. The staff is wonderful and caring and the doctors are so thorough with your care. This last time I went, I was diagnosed with Covid never had Covid before. They did a chest x-ray gave me the right medicines and I felt like I was in the best care that I possibly could be in. First time patient so uncertain about what to expect and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the minimal wait time to be seen and also impressed with the level of care I received.

Too long a wait due to unusually high patient count. Over 2 hours. Was glad to get in and PA I saw apologized for delays. She was friendly and took care of my issues quickly.
Got provider care after short wait, provider was competent in resolving my need. Good facility close to my home.
