My only complaint, and it’s actually not that bad, is that no one from the office staff gives the waiting patients any updates as to how much time they probably will wait until seen. Once seen I was impressed with the quality of my care.
Was able to set a time of arrival. When I got there the wait was minimal after completing paperwork. Exam was efficient, testing & diagnosis seem correct. Wish all urgent care was like this.
All staff were very efficient knowledgeable and comforting. Felt my condition was thoroughly handled, had same goals for this visit.
I was seen right away. Staff was very courteous. And the medication is working good so far.
I received Awesome care at the Carrolwood location from Mike Trueba for my Flu symptoms.
Easy to make appointment online, got same day appointment, didn't have to wait long to see NP after I arrived for appt. Friendly staff.
