Customer service and care was greatly appreciated.
Good. A little slow moving. Had 9:30 appt called into inside office, immediate triage then sat at least 45 minutes before doctor came in and said need Covid test. Waited another 15 to 2o minutes for nurse to administer test. Then waited over 1/2 hour for results. Finally left around 11:40.
Friendly, positive staff, from front desk to medical professionals.
The practitioner who treated me took his time with me, listened to me, and I left with a good care plan.
My doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The medical assistant was friendly and helpful. My lab work was processed quickly. I like that I could make my appointment online. I did not have to wait when I arrived. 5 star experience overall.
Although all personnel were very helpful, my disgnosis(shingles) was incorrect. I did see my ophthalmologist, as suggested, who confirmed an incorrect diagnosis. . Judie Thomas

I had a excellent experience, after jumping to hoops and barrels trying to get in to see my primary care provider I decided to go to tgh I was seen by Daniel Demilio, PA he actually listened to my concerns check me out thoroughly and prescribed my medication. Great doctor! It was refreshing to actually have a care provider that put the patient's health and needs first. Everyone there was very professional from check to triage nurse to doctor.
