The Bast team very profetional
Well so I just had a drug test wait on results. My appointment was at 1 and the test was done at 3. Kind of a long wait. But I understand they were a little busy. Everyone was was very nice.
The front desk staff was professional and handle the paperwork with ease. I only waited 30 minutes to see the PA. Good group of staff you have.
Rory, Tessa, Laurie, and Ellie make such a friendly and caring team! I usually do very well having my blood drawn, but had a fluke this time and passed out spontaneously. The whole team made sure to get me comfortable in a chair with a fan blowing on my face, some cookies and apple juice, and conversation while I calmed down. This team is incredible at making you feel safe and comfortable, both when your visit goes smooth or not so smooth. Flawless! The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help. Had to receive a physical for my program and very glad I went to this location. Would definitely recommend!
