Appreciated the kind, prompt and professional service and care extended.
Overall positive. Just took a point off for waiting time my appointment was for 9:15 and didn’t get to be seen until Past 10:00. Other than that no other set back. Front desk clerk was very professional and caring as well as the Nurse Practitioner. If necessary will use this clinic service again.

The NP WAS EXCELLENT! but was very disappointed in you front service. Had an online time at 5 30 and waited over an hour in pain. The ladies in the front desk told me I would be the next one 4 times. not sure I would want to return

Michelle was great from start to finish. My wife and I filled her in as to my issue and health condition. We were very pleased with her knowledge of my condition and what her plan was.
Had a wax blockage in my one ear. I am dwaf in the other ear. The lack of hearing put me into a panic mode. The staff at TGH Urgent care were professional, efficient and caring. They were able to remove the wax and sent me home hearing once again.
Very satisfied!
