Ease of making an appointment, did have to wait about an hour (but for a clinic that is not bad). Front desk staff courteous and knowledgeable. NP was really great listened to the patient.
My experience was great. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
The NP/PA who tended to me was super knowledgeable, very thorough and had a wonderful personality. She put my mind at ease about my Covid symptoms, and I was extremely thankful for her.
They took it seriously and sent me to the ER
