Too long of a wait and was very slow
Clinic apparently not fully staffed the day after Christmas, so my wait to be seen was about 3 hours. Blood pressure check had to be repeated because nurse/technician didn’t have me properly positioned and had me telling why I was there during first check. PA was very attentive and prescribed what I needed. Satisfactory visit overall because my problem was dealt with. I recommend that these clinics get on line with TGH system to better serve patients like myself who are already in the hospital system.

Ease of making an appointment, did have to wait about an hour (but for a clinic that is not bad). Front desk staff courteous and knowledgeable. NP was really great listened to the patient.
My experience was great. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
The NP/PA who tended to me was super knowledgeable, very thorough and had a wonderful personality. She put my mind at ease about my Covid symptoms, and I was extremely thankful for her.
They took it seriously and sent me to the ER
