Everyone was very kind informative and professional
PA did a great job. Once I got to see her I was out within minutes. The front desk staff was disrespectful and I watched the way she interacted with several patients checking in. Was more interested in talking to a staff member about her hair and getting a”extensions as well as messing around on her phone than she appeared to be about her job. Check out was very easy too! But the first person you interact with can really impact a negative visit for people already in pain or sick.
