Staff is courteous and professional doctor explained everything good
The worst thing was that it took me an hour to fill out the paperwork for my husband and myself. After that everything was wonderful. The people we saw couldn’t have been nicer and took very good care of us. This is the first time we were ever at an urgent care and it was a very good experience and I thank you for that. I would not hesitate to go again.
You could be able to run more test in lieu of hospital
Your Physician Assistant was very good and took care of me and I am finally well. My last appointment there in December was a waste of time and I never quite recovered. Same illness that lingered until I came back last Saturday only much worse.
The wait was very long. There was a lot of people in there and they were not happy with the wait times. The staff handled that with patience and grace. Obviously if the parking lot is FULL, you're in for a wait. Once I got in the back every one was very kind and listened to my concerns. They were quick to contact me with my results and getting the necessary medications to the pharmacy right away.
I came in with a head injury that required stitches and the staff was efficient and took great care of me. Kaila and Jesus were wonderful, thorough and made me and my partner feel safe and that I was in great hands. Thanks
