For this particular ailment, I was seen twice at the clinic. Both times I was treated with courtesy at the reception desk. The clinical staff were knowledgeable both visits. I felt confident in the care I received. I will not hesitate to use this TGH urgent care in the future for medical needs.
The doctor was excellent! Very knowledgeable and gave a reasonable diagnosis. Not an alarmist and didn't recommend unnecessary testing. However, the nurse was nice but at 9am, was already stressed, seemed depressed and shaken. She said she should have called in sick. Also, I didn't like not knowing what the bill would be and having to give a credit card on file in case the insurance didn't cover it. That seemed very deceptive.
Our 1st time using this service. Prompt and friendly service. Quick testing and prognosis. We felt welcomed and not just a number.

Had an issue with my left eye and the recommendation for eye drops took care of the issue
Doctor Michael Trueba was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable about his job. He has a good heart and probably the reason he became a doctor to help poor patients like me. His assistant is very good and very professional. He is good about his job. The front desk assistant is very helpful since the clinic has a lot of patients that Thursday. I had been in this location in the past and they were always reliable and dependable.
The wait time was reasonable, the staff polite and competent.
