Very nice and friendly staff and the wait wasn’t really bad
The wait was very long. When i got there, there was one person waiting. It was an hour and a half before that person was called and I did not see anyone come out of the back. The practitioner I saw was not familiar with IBS, but I appreciated that she got second opinions from her colleagues and did some quick research. The care I received was good. APRN Kim was extremely kind and did the best she could to help me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t really much she could do but I appreciated her attentiveness and care.
It was busy so the wait was tiring. I had a COVID test then saw the doctor. He was courteous and provided information I needed and recommendations for my situation.
The care was great. But don’t know why your called Fast Track because. I was there an hour for a tetanus shot. There is nothing fast about that place. And the front desk girls could use a class in friendliness !!!!!!
It took a while but I got to see the Er doctor and he gave me cream for my wound so it cam heal faster.
Excellent staff and the provider was courteous and efficient. I will use again if needed
