Very profecional and respecful.

I came in while experiencing symptoms of a UTI. The specimen showed an infection. I was seen and treated quickly. I left with meds in hand. I was from my door and back home in less than 1 hour. The Dr was sympathetic and very personable which made me very comfortable.
Short wait. Seen by what must be a new NP. Her order for Valacyclovir was for 10 days and the norm is 7 days. Even the pharmacy corrected it.
Everyone was very nice that worked with me. Michelle Sanchez is awesome and very caring in everything she had me do.
Staff was helpful, respectful. Process to register was easy. PA was knowledgable, and worked with me and my health history. A very good healthcare experience.

I had a major back pain & I was happy you gave me an appointment the same day, because I had called my pcp and his date was April 18. Who in the right mind is going to tolerate that pain for 5 days before being seen. Thank You!
