Everyone was very professional
Everyone from front desk to nurse to APRN provider was very kind and professional. Appreciated that they explained everything they were doing. Would not hesitate to go again if needed.
The staff was courteous and friendly and everything went smoothly
Wait was short, the attending people were courteous and efficient. The desk people were helpful and thorough. It is the closest to my house and also it helps that I’m a patient of TGMG. Overall a good experience!
Practitioner was very good. I was previously at the facility in early Jan 2023, yet I had to completely re-enter my demographic and insurance information. thanks for wasting my time.
Dr Alyson Hanson and Nurse Debbie provided wonderful care for me. Alyson has an excellent bedside manner and inspires confidence in patients through the detail she provides on the examination she is about to conduct.
Long wait Excellent care
The wait time was minimal. The reception staff and medical staff that saw me were all kind, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and the facility itself was clean. I will go back if I have a need for an urgent care center in the future.
The wait time was very long and there were not that many people in the waiting room. I would have preferred To be seen by a doctor not a nurse practitioner.
