I requested an appointment with a male doctor and I was informed that I needed to go south Tampa location to be able to have an appointment which I did. After waiting for one hour over my scheduled appointment time I was called in. For my surprise there was no male doctor for my appointment due to the fact the doctor had called off early in the day. you charged me 95$ when right on my card it says $35 for urgent care. I went to another urgent care in the same week and they charged me what it says on my card with no question.When I went to discuss the over charge they just gave me the phone number of their billing department. I work 9-5. It is very hard to call them. Very disappointment and You charged me $75 to a shot. I don't think that is correct either. I have NEVER paid so much for health care.
