Quick, thorough treatment.
I set an appointment, arrived on time and was taken directly back. Within 20 minutes my pain was gone and I was on my way home. THis is the 3rd time I have visited this facility and each time, a different need. I have had my needs met 100%. I do recommend this urgant care. Close to my home, too.
Receptionist welcomed me kindly. No crowd ahead of me. Nurse very sweet. Doc equally sweet (and helpful).

I came in Sunday afternoon for an outer ear problem that was infected, and I was seen by the PA. She diagnosed it very quickly which confirmed what I thought the problem was. She was quite friendly and warm which I very much appreciated. She cautioned me about returning to follow up after 72 hours if the antibiotic was not helping to clear the infection.
The staff was friendly and the doctor listened to me and had great manners.
