Everyone was very nice and the facility was neat and clean. The wait time wasn’t great, but I was not feeling well, so it’s tough to be objective in that regard. Dr. Williams was very friendly and I am glad she took care of me. She used humor to put me at ease and was very accommodating.

I made an appointment and the team was great at diagnosing me and I was out in an hour.
The overall experience was good. My issues was not completely resolved until I reached out to my primary care doctor. This was my second visit here. Depending on the situation, I would probably visit this location again verses the ER.
I had used Fast Track Urgent Care once in the past several months ago and was very pleased. So in this most recent instance when I needed urgent care, I opted to go to Fast Track again versus an urgent care facility I previously used. Was very pleased with the fast check-in and only waited a few minutes before being seen.
