First visit there, pleasant for the most part. Front desk, check-in, Spanish lady- very nice and accommodating. Pleasant and customer service oriented. Nurse that took my vitals, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor - very nice, concerned, answered all my questions and addressed all possibilities. Walked me to the check out counter to an African American lady was, who was not at all pleasant. Very short and snappy, seemed agitated and in a hurry to dismiss me. I have called 4 times for Carol, the office manager, and she has never returned my call. I have been unhappy about my bill, talked with the billing office multiple times, the medical director and Carol. But she has never responded back to me after we talked on Feb 22...

Fast Track staff is/has always been responsive to my urgent care needs. I am lucky that they have a location close to my residence. They have been kind, courteous and professional.
