Great experience while in town visiting. The facilities on Palm are new and clean and they were within walking distance of where I was staying. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was in and out quickly and back on the river for training. The phycians assistant quickly diagnosed my issue and they had the topical and oral antibiotics I needed for the infection in my fingers. I had a very pleasant experience. My wait time was minimal and the Doctor and X-ray Tech were so very nice.
The service was fast! I was seen by the doctor very quickly, which I greatly appreciated because I was feeling so poorly. The doctor listened to me describe my symptoms, then explained her diagnosis and recommended treatment in an easy-to-understand manner. Couldn't have received better or faster care!
Very clean office, nice people, but the PA I had who was very nice did not know what was on my face. I had a Benadryl shot which helped but has not cleared it up. I wish that the PA would have had a medical doctor come in and look as this was serious enough to me to make a trip to fast track. I was there Saturday and I am wondering if you have a policy for a follow up appointment with an MD. I would be grateful to know this information. Great care. Great staff. Efficient and effective. I will definitely return !
The Dr did not thoroughly examine, ignored our concerns and requests. Two weeks later we still have the same issue we went in with. The visit was a complete waste of time and money, not to mention frustrating as well. Would never recommend or return.
