Fast. Very efficient. Compassionate.
Wonderful to have you in my neighborhood. I walked in and waited just a few minutes. Was not crazy about the tech who I saw first. He was a little abrupt and not exactly friendly. The ARNP was very nice, friendly and seemed to care. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes and on my way to pick up my prescriptions. I will definitely recommend you and use your services again as needed.

The wait was longer than expected. I was a walk-in but a few people waiting at the same time had made appointments and waited just as long. But that's to be expected at any urgent care place. I saw the ARNP (Brittney), she was very kind and knowledgable. She sat and answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable. The nurse (I believe his name was Daniel) was very nice also.
I am visiting From out of state, I was very pleased with the amount of time that I had to wait to be served. And the doctor was very thorough in my care
The facility was clean, employees attentive and the visit was fast but thorough!
1st of all the girl at the desk was horribly rude and empathetic. I waited 3 hours do have my ribs x-rayed. At checkout I found they had charged a previous debit card I had given without my knowledge and it had to be reversed. No one said would you like to use the same card and it was charged before check out. I said I was sorry to inconvenience her comet the same rude girl, and why was she acting so mean to me? There was no answer from her note discussion at all. She needs a new profession
Everyone was so nice and professional. The office is very clean. We only waited for 5 minutes before being taken back.
