Great staff super helpful front desk/intake area. Was in and out rather quickly
I came in on Easter Sunday because the urgent care clinics in my area were closed. Fast Track's Gandy office was the only one even remotely close that was open. Thank god, because the wonderful staff there quickly diagnosed that I might be having appendicitis and referred me straight to the nearest hospital emergency room. My appendix was removed later that night, and it was in bad shape. Had I waited longer, it may have ruptured. I couldn't have had a better experience and only wish I could thank them more.
Visited this Urgent Care for the first time to complete a drug test before starting a new company. The tech made me feel as if I was a criminal, maybe she thought I was, simply because I was doing a drug test? She ordered me to grab the supplies one and label the supplies. If that was to make sure that I saw nothing was tampered with, please and thank you would have gone a long way. I was treated at Fast Track Urgent Care Saturday, April 27, 2019. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking after hours care. They are professional, kind, helpful and most importantly they correctly diagnosis and treat you. Additionally, they have state of the art equipment and a pharmacy. Being able to get your medications there without having to wait at a drugstore is awesome.
My husband did not have to wait long to be seen. A very nice PA saw him; diagnosed his problem; sent a prescription to our pharmacy and we were on our way. Would highly recommend this facility. This was a Sunday afternoon and it was so much better to be seen then as opposed to waiting to Monday to get into our regular doctor which probably would have been difficult.
