There is no way to make it right. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time and insurance money. I ended up having to go to my family doctor to have my son treated. I have great insurance and I am covered at 100%. My son had an injury that I was concerned about. I decided to not go to the ER and wanted to just have an x-ray to ensure nothing further needed to be done. While it clearly seemed petty to the "DR" we saw, it was important to me. Doctor was very nice even discussed other meds with me. Everyone was very considerate.
Great experience , did not have to wait and the whole staff was friendly , courteous , and professional !
Stepped on a nail, and last tetanus shot was too long ago. Walked in, greeted by receptionist who helped as needed with registration forms and explained about insurance and billing. Within maybe 5 minutes, the doctor was examining injury, told me tetanus shot and antibiotics needed. Got the shot immediately, they called my pharmacy and all done. Good experience overall.
Very knowledgeable... They diagnosed my herpes zosta immediately. I was in and out in no time. Dr. was extremely nice and patient with good bed side manners.
From the front desk, throughout the sports physical, the entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Both the nurse and Dr. Moussa were fantastic!
They charged me $75 to tell me to go somewhere else.
