Excellent diagnosis and pleasant experience.
After coming in the first time and having an awful experience, I made a review and the medical director called me a few days later to listen to the full story and apologized for what I had experienced. She asked me to come back in to get re-evaluated, I was hesitant but agreed and I was seen by the other medical director. It was a calm atmosphere, unlike previous urgent care facilities that had lots of noise confusion. I was treated with respect and they did everything to make my experience as painless as possible. I was given explicit written instructions for home care and these instructions were also verbally gone over with me.
I was seen by a very professional and friendly ARNP, Brittney Gurski. She listened to me and asked questions for clarification. This was a far cry from the way I was treated by my VA doctor two days earlier where his comment was basically, nothings changed so why are you in here! Anyway, she gave me a breathing treatment, a shot, and prescriptions to fight the crud I have. The shot hurt like a mother bear but boy did it kick in! love this place !!!! Front desk ladies are super awesome friendly and very professional! Doctors and nurses very down to earth they don’t think they are above anyone treat ppl with the respect they deserve made sure I had all the paper work I needed thank you all at fast track urgent care you all are truly very awesome !!!!
