Overall great experience! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, everyone I encountered was very friendly and informative! Also very little wait time. Will definitely use fast track urgent care in the future!
The team at Fast Track was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was provided EXCELLENT care. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care.
I am so upset, angry and in unbelief due to the way I was treated at this facility. The staff, nurses and doctors treated me like a was a drug addict and it left me feeling discriminated against because I am Latina for how they handled my medical emergency. They only seemed interesting in proving their misguided theory that I was under the influence, rather than treating the sick patient in front of them. My cat bit me over the Labor Day weekend and it became infected so I had to find an urgent care clinic on the holiday. They were all closed except for Fast Track. I do not have health insurance so I appreciated that each recommended treatment was explained and I was given the cost breakdown without having to ask. The cost was very reasonable and I was grateful that I could get the antibiotics I needed right then and there without having to make another stop so I could just get home and rest. THOROUGH AND RELIABLE
Front desk & tech were very nice. Not impressed with Amber. I found her to be slightly rude. I will not go back if she’s there.
Unusually busy,longer than usual wait to be seen. Aside from that, the medical care was very good - friendly and professional.
I had a 3:00 appt did not get in until 4:15 causing me to be late for my 5:00 business meeting which I repeatedly told them about. Office was very disorganized & inefficient.
