The staff was awesome! My needs were addressed in a timely manner. The office called me the following day to ask how I was doing. I feel that follow up calls are very important and this shows the staff truly cares. I would recommend Fast Track to anyone. Thank you 🙂
Great place!! Friendly staff, water, snacks and coffee openly available for patients and extremely neat and clean.
My son told me at 7:30 that his ear hurt. I walked into fast track at 7:55 and they close at 8:00. They welcomed us with a smile, took my information quickly, saw the doctor, got a prescription and we were out the door by 8:15. Nothing is worse than a night with a child with an earache, and my seeing my son was more of a priority than closing. I am very appreciative!
Service was fast, caring and staff even followed up with a phone call...unheard of!
Dr. Jennifer Moore was very thorough and professional. She explained each observation she noted and the cause and effect of my symptoms. The explanation of each medication was shared in detail. She also provided me an informational handout on Bronchitis, which was greatly appreciated.
