The appointment we had was for 11:30, an hour later I had to check back to find out when we would be seen. 15 mins later we got called. The doctor didn’t prescribe any medication for my daughter even though I knew she was sick and instead told us she looked fine and then they decided to do a flu test which they never bothered to call me with the results. In the last week I have been here twice, Monday wasn't nearly as busy or as long of a wait as I had on Thursday. Even though I waited a long time the P.A. took his time and made sure he answered all my questions and got me out of there as quickly as possible.
Very professional. Explained problem effectively and answered all my questions.
Everyone was nice and I didn’t have to wait to long and I liked the physician asst. she was very nice and professional.
Staff is always friendly. Dr K Kearns helpfulness, concern and the time she took to listen and provide care to me.
I have been coming to this urgent care for 10 years. Unfortunately they are no longer a top notch business. My last 3 visits over the past year, for myself or children, have been disappointing. It always begins with the front reception. Very poor service! The worst!! Very rude. Several of people in my community have said the same thing. Often Crowded, and Wait times are long. Physicians are hit and miss for quality care. Seems to have a large turnover in staff.
