Made an appointment and easy check in. The two page form requests some of the same info, so it should be improved.
Efficient, pleasant and unlike my doctor’s office lately I felt cared for
Wait time was longer than stated but once checked in it was a breeze. The initial person (didn’t get her name) was friendly and courteous, made me feel at ease. I was seen by Jenna who was amazing, did not feel rushed, asked and answered all my questions.

Great experience. I was a walk-in and had a minimal wait. The PA was thorough in her examination of me and explained her findings in detail. I was not rushed and was well pleased with my experience. So glad they opened a office in the Southshore area.
The staff was very efficient and helpful. Dr Banks is very nice she is an excellent Doctor who has a vast knowledge of various medical conditions and treatments.
On 2/16/20 i came to the urgent care I waited 2 hours and saw Kelly Clausing I had a UTI which I've had before she asked what my urologist in Toledo would prescribe. I told her Cipro. Her comment was that was too strong and prescribed CEFDINIR 300mg cap. I took the medicine as prescribed a week after finishing the medicine the UTI came back on March 1. Now I had to call my urologist in Toledo to get treated which started with a urine sample at Lab Corp in Largo and a recheck in 2 weeks. I do want to say the office personnel... read more
Fast, efficient, offered care and support to me
The service was excellent from the front desk to the medical professionals I dealt with. The wait was very long, but I did not have an appointment and there were a handful of people who did.
