I got checked in right away, only waited about 10 minutes to be checked for vitals, and seen the pa very shorty after ! The PA I had was very efficient , very thorough ,and a pleasant person . I will highly recommend this urgent care !

The PA I saw was great. It was afterwards that was not good. I was instructed to call if the protocol I was given did not work. It didn't. Minimal improvement. When I called the office I was told that the person I saw on the previous Sunday was off. This person on the phone told me she could only give the PA working that day a message and they probably wouldn't do anything anyway since I was not seen by them. Seriously!!! I had a terrible sinus infection. I made a appointment for 11 am was seen around 11:30am. The Dr. did a quick eval, listened to my lungs, diagnosed me and I was out the door by 12:00. Staff was friendly.
quick service staff was fantastic knowledgeable professional and personable better than a regular dr office would definitely use again but hopefully won’t have to😁
Need to be in the EPIC system of TGH so MyChart includes info from this visit .
