Professional, fast and on point with all services!
Except for wait time all was great. Facility very clean. Registration staff professional and knowledgeable. Nurse and Provider (NP) were great! In new to area and would definitely go back if needed.
I received very professional help and the process was done quickly. The only problem was someone, management, coordinators, or whoever is in charge of this facility should give better directions. The facility is located behind the Publix store, in the Tampa General Radiology bldg., facing Walmart on US Hwy 301. We had to drive around for a few extra minutes just to find it.
Facility was clean, decor was modern, staff was nice. Doctor was prompt and thorough. If my pediatrician is booked, this if definitely going to my "go-to" again!!
For the 301/symmes riverview location. The staff was great. Doctor Chris who stapled my upper arm back up. Great job took his time, just all around wasn’t like going to a typical emergency room where I had to dread the wait or staff. Being able to call ahead is fantastic, hour in advance.
You guys were great. Good luck in the future with your new location.
Short wait time, friendly people and great care. I would definitely go again if I had to find an Urgent Care and have recommended to others already!
