The dr was very nice and helpful made me feel very comfortable. Only complaint is the receptionist working that day I arrived was very rude and had a bad attitude.
The staff was nice and had urgency to take patients. Also very clean

Jennifer Moore was absolutely amazing in a tele-health visit. I have been so anxious with some of the symptoms my husband was having that he not only did one call with her but felt comfortable enough to call her again with some further questions. She was so thorough, calm, and reassuring. She covered all angles with his treatment plan, and he has improved. I am truly so thankful she was available. TGH/Fastrack is lucky to have her as an employee.
I could not ask for more attentive or professional care. Jennifer Moore was fantastic during our tele-health consultations and she alleviated some concerns my family had as well.
Took me in quickly, wait wasn't bad at all. Doctor Williams was very kind and compassionate. Diagnosis was accurate and medication ordered promptly. Received a call at home that night with X-ray results confirmation. Would recommend.
Having just moved here and having no primary care physician I went to TGH urgent care based solely on TGH reputation. I was very pleased. Liz listener, did not rush me and the follow up was exceptional
I really enjoyed this experience. It was easy and the Dr. was very nice and I am happy I did this. Safe!!!!
I would give no stars if there were a rating as such. We were kept waiting for well over a hour before we were told that they would be unable to give us the care we needed. Subsequently we had to go to the Brandon ER on Palm River Road where we received outstanding care. We were they only patients there at the time and would hate to think how they would perform under more trying circumstances.
