The wait to see the nurse practitioner was short. Filling out the forms at the start time consuming. Anyway to reduce the amount of information required would be appreciated. The nurse practitioner was superb. She did a thorough exam, answered all our questions, and prepared a detailed summary for us to take the ER for further testing.
Everyone at this urgent care were caring, efficient, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The X-ray technician even took my necklaces off and put them back on for me. I was very happy with the whole experience. Great place. 😊
The receptionist and nurse were both very nice and the nurse came out in the lobby to me and took my O2 Sat which was only 85%. I was having a severe asthma attack. She immediately wheeled me into see the doctor who was a physician assistant who was competent and he reacted urgently and gave me a nebulizer albuterol/alupent and then the nurse gave me a solumedrol injection. Everyone was very nice. Kelly was kind & attentive. Very clean. Only bad comment was that there was no water in coffee maker. I’m from Michigan & it was a good experience.
Went in and was immediately greeted and filled out paperwork. After that, I was taken To the exam room, my vitals taken, and then spoke to the PA. I was in and out in less than one hour. They were professional and thorough.
Very good customer service. The facility is so clean and well maintained. The wait time was under 10 minutes. I'll certainly recommend to family and friends.
Everyone at this Fast Track went above and beyond to care for me. There was absolutely no wait time and all the staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The X-ray technician even removed and replaced my necklaces for me. Very very nice. Thank you Fast Track. 😊
The receptionists were great!!! (LISA & KASSANDRA) my son was sick and the Xray tech Valerie called him in and and took her time on checking out my son, she was supper sweet. & the provider Jennifer Moore was amazing!! So sweet and understanding. I felt like she really cared. It was great!
