Wait time was minimal. Doc showed all due haste and concern, and used an extensive amount of protection, "let me just suit up" was the phrase she used. Doc showed genuine corcern and made every attempt to ensure I understood her (I was still a tad loopy from my fever and probably forgot a thing our two by the time I walk out the door). All in all, the Doc was great, wish she was my PCM!
All went well.
I waited 2 hours because your office has apparently some agreement to give drug tests to some company who have priority over other patients. This should have been posted or at least you should tell people when they come in. I was happy with the PA but not your pperation

Your office indicates that you have a mask policy. Of the 6 employees I encountered, only THREE wore masks. One of the employees entered my exam room to obtain authorization for a procedure without any type of face covering. The same person also handed me my DVD without face covering. Both of these interactions were well within 6 feet. There was also a patient who entered, checked in and sat down to wait without a mask. Absolutely professional from the minute you enter thru the doors, Receptionist, Nurse, Pysician Assistant who I would highly recommend. This is the one time I could say, I can’t wait for my Follow Up.
Quick way to get seen when your Dr. is unavailable. I have used them twice and had quick, efficient service.. Getting an appt within the hour, when I’m miserable is wonderful. Drs. listen and are thorough. Very clean place. Highly recommend!!
Everyone was super nice ,the service was quick and on time with appointment.
I had a very positive experience. The staff was professional, organized, and quite courteous. I would attend again, if necessary. I also thanked the staff for standing on the front lines and helping the sick ones and those that needed assistance with various ailments.🙏🏽😇
