Staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, the facility is extremely clean. I have required their services 3 times since they opened in Seminole 2 years ago. I highly recommend them as an excellent Urgent Care. They even called the next day as a courtesy to follow up. Thank you Gary and Hope. (And the staff at the reception area).

I was diagnosed with bronchitis. It was easy to locate, to get an appointment, and the wait was only :15 after I arrived. The doctor was professional and thorough. She asked just enough questions and then wrote the prescriptions I needed. I also got an x-ray to rule out pneumonia. The x-ray tech was phenomenal. Although the tech cannot tell you the findings on the x-ray, he went over the scan with me and explained what body parts I was looking at. Extremely helpful and informative. I cut my hand. The doctor was swift and direct. She stopped the bleeding and was very clear in delivering instructions. The office was clean and all staff were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to go there again.
