There was really no diagnose done by the nurse practitioner. Outside of it could be “a lot” of different things. My intent was at least to get a flu test administered which was not done. Almost felt like the practitioner was looking for any semblance of Covid symptoms.. felt like she was looking for zebras stripes on a horse.
Fast, efficient, friendly, safe, clean
I called before going to the Wesley Chapel location to ensure that a covid test could be performed. After driving there and waiting an hour and a half, I was told that I would need to go to the Carrollwood location on Gunn Hwy because a covid test would need to be done. I arrived at that location and while waiting, I was asked why I was sent here. Great service! Friendly staff. No complaints! I had the Shingles and this clinic took me in on a Sunday while another one closer to home would not because I didn’t have COVID19 symptoms. Thank you TGH urgent care.
