Everything was great until being discharged and sent home with IV still in my arm
The PA I saw was great. In fact the whole staff was.
Overall everything went as well as I assume it should have.
The amazing staff made me feel truly cared for. From the receptionist to the doctor! My nurse Victoria was amazing, very patient and accommodating and took great care of me and my broken ribs! She even quickly called me back when I had a question about my X-ray. The very next day I received a call from Hollie King to see how I was doing and she even scheduled my follow up visit with an orthopedic surgeon for me. In the wake of the Covid-19 virus, I was unsure about visiting with my finger infection. I must say that I had a wonderful experience...Everyone from the receptionist, to my nurse, to my ARNP !!!! They all followed correct procedures re the virus. Entire staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and they took great care of me. If I would ever need medical attention again, IWOULD NOT HESITATE to return. Thank You !!!
Wait time a bit long for “urgent” care. Everything done was very basic, was pretty quickly told to go to the hospital and then my issue ended up being something Urgent Care should have been able to see right away.
