Had to wait, it took 2.5 hrs. When we got there the waiting room was slammed full. Great job moving patients . We only spent 2.5hrs

Very nice staff. Very nice, clean facility. However, not much was clarified for me. I went in limping and in bad pain (foot). I had to request an xray. ARNP could give no suggestion of what could be wrong. Simply gave me a boot to wear. No one ever called me to give me results of a radiologist reading my xray. It is weeks later, I am still limping and treating myself.

The check-in process was usual in filling out the paperwork. The wait time was no more than 15 minutes. The nurse assistant and doctor were both friendly and professional. The center electronically sent the prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy which is great. There were two prescriptions and only of them was received by the pharmacy. I contacted the urgent care center and the staff representative was kind and sent the second prescription again. I was soo impressed by the clean and classy office . The staff was kind and helpful. Had the meds I needed to buy there so I could go straight home and rest. Not your typical walk in . I will definitely return when in need !

Traveling from out of town was able to be seen on a Sunday. Staff was very friendly and took the time to run extra test to try and find what was wrong.
