Short wait time and excellent service!
Allison was phenomenal and very helpful.Got an appointment with a ortho doctor on a Friday afternoon and checked up later.

It was quick and easy
I was told indifferently the wait would be a little over one hour. I waited approximately 2.5 hours listening to very loud rock music before seeing an APP. Music was so loud, I had to ask the receptionist a couple times to repeat herself (probably their favorite channel). They seemed oblivious. Sorry, couldn't see the names of 2 receptionists In contrast, the APP was very professional and did a thorough job. I will never go back to this Brandon TGH Urgent care.
