Healthcare provider, receptionist, and patient registration personnel were very courteous and helpful. PA Ashley answered our questions and was very thorough.
I went there for a Covid-19 test and the doctor was so helpful. I didn't need on after all. She was very informative!
My Dr Kimberly Collins MD. was Wonderful she took very good care of me I felt like and made sure the steps were taken in a rapid way to figure out if I had COVID & I thanked her as to that care . Thank you Dr K Collins M D and Nurse !!!
The receptionist was extremely rude, your online reservations promised us an email confirming our appointments, that never happened, no where does it read to be at the chosen location 15min prior to our appointment. The receptionist basically ignored us and was extremely unprofessional. I’ve been in the medical field for 38 years and have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Appointment was cancelled from a closer Brandon location as it was overbooked. I had to go much farther to the Carrollwood location. I arrived a little early but they got me right in . The tech that met me and took my information was very friendly and courteous. The tech that performed the test was not as friendly and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
