The staff and doctor were great. I didn’t have to wait too long and the Gandy location was convenient to where I live.
Went to a Fast Track facility that was testing for Covid-19 only as recommended by my doctor. They didn't think that I qualified for the Covid-19 test. Was sent to a second Fast Track facility that took my information and there it was determined that I was eligible for a Covid-19 test and should have one. It was a very positive experience. All the staff was very professional.
Waited a while to be seen. (Only one person before me upon arrival.) Secretary asked COVID questions very loudly. Doctor seemed new but had good communication. Overall ok but probably will not go again.

Saw me quick and did a thorough exam. Everyone i encountered was nice and caring. Love this place.
The front desk girls were engaged, polite, and concerned. I felt cared for as soon as I walked in. The nurse practitioner was excellent as was the medical assistant and the X-ray tech. They were all caring and had great bedside manner. Bless them for caring for me during these scary times.
Great care and service. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I got there at closing on a Sunday night and they still took great care of me. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
