Olivia saw Matt Higgins, ARNP, for a sports physical for high school softball. The nurse who took us in was very kind and efficient and Mr. Higgins was engaging and put us at ease right away. He was very good with Olivia, who is fourteen. We will definitely return for care when needed.

The receptionist was ugly and not helpful. I wasn’t given paperwork prior to my visit by my employer who sent me. “Well why don’t you have it? It is necessary “. All it was was my history. Took me two minutes to fill out. I understand my employer didn’t give me the papers, but that wasn’t me. The X-Ray that took my swab for Covid test did not ever put the sample in a protective carrying vessel. Instead he kept it out carrying it down the hallway uncovered.
