I was in a panic because I got a text from a friend that tested positive for covid and I was flying out the next day to visit my 85 year old mom. They were compassionate and quick! And very professional. You have great people working there. You can really tell they care about what they do. Thank you.

On 101220 I had a surgical procedure. I was greeted by Dana and Dawn. Both were professional and polite. All the staff from that point on was great. My Nurse Anesthetist was the best, also the crew in the Operating Room before I went under.
Doctors and assistants are great. But wait times are too long. I tried calling the office twice and was on hold for more than 30 minutes each time and ended up hanging up. When I asked the receptionist about the long wait time to ask a question, he said “we get more than 1,100 calls days and have only a handful of people answering phones.” While that may be true, that’s not my problem. You should hire more people.

I was very pleased, I was taken right away, the people there were very nice and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend it.
Staff was very professional & courteous, my appointment was pretty much on time & they played great music!
