The whole team did amazing from front desk to the man that did my vitals and X-ray to the doctor everyone was amazing
Wait was average to get seen. Doctor who saw me was nice, but initially wasn’t going to test me for strep until I pressed for it. They also prescribed me antibiotics in the same group as what I was allergic too (said it was a “cousin” and I should be fine despite my previous reactions being a rash on my neck and face) and did not explore other antibiotics with me. Pharmacist was scared to give me medication based on my allergy alert and it took us both almost 4 hours to get ahold of someone to confirm the prescription before... read more
Receptionist Nicole, intake person Joe, and PA Matthew Brice took outstanding care of me. Their empathy and professionalism shines. They are each a credit to your staff. I hope you will let them know how much they are appreciated!
The facility was very clean. The staff from the front desk to the PA, were very professional and pleasant during my sick visit.

The staff and service were great but the wait time was 2 hours and it wasn’t alot patients either (3 before I got there, 3 after I got there and with 2 being seen before me). I understand some people needed to go before me due to greater illness or being understaffed, but I’ve been to couple of locations that had a FULL waiting room of people and been in-out faster. Regardless still better than most hospitals (unless u know someone) and would go back again if needed. Great service but needs more staffing.
Although it took awhile to finish my urgent care visit, most of the staff were very helpful especially the first male nurse who initially checked on me and Kimberly Collins. Thank you for all your help.
This is only the second time in my entire life I've been in an emergency room and the care I received was outstanding. The staff was awesome and Krista, my RN, is the BEST.. thank you for taking such good care of me and making me feel calm and comfortable. during my time there.. Thank you again
