Got in promptly. The Practitioner immediately recognized the issue and urged me to go to ER, which I then did. Good diagnosis. The problem occurred in the aftermath...for days after, I received calls(messages to call) to let them know the outcome. However, the number that was given to call back put me in an interminable “cue” to “wait for the next available...” UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! I had good intentions but gave up. Good Practitioners, poor management.
I have been coming to this location for many years but this visit was the best in a long time .From the time I checked in to when I was seen. Maybe it is a different staff. I told my family and friends that this location has improved their service e and I was very pleased.
