Everyone was extremely professional and empathetic, especially the medical staff.
Scheduling was easy but canceling was unnecessarily difficult. Your reminder call or email confirmation should have link for cancellation. Calling to cancel when the wait to talk with someone is inordinately long is aggravating. That should be a simple upgrade to your software and one that all my doctor's office us. TGH aftercare I went to on Channelside Dr has no adjacent parking so please put parking options on your confirmation email.

Your staff were all very pleasant and professional from the individual at the front desk, the nurse to the ARNP. This was my first visit and I had of a very favorable impression.
Wow, it's was the best, everyone and I do mean everyone was so nice and sweet ,those guys should really get a bond.
The staff were very helpful and sympathetic to my problem. They listened to what I had to say and provided a solution which seems to be having the desired affect. I was quite satisfied with the care and treatment I received and would recommend this care unit to anyone.
Excellent atención, very professional
I was surprised by what the diagnosis was, but have followed the instructions or what to do to resolve my issue and it has worked well. Still have a mild discomfort under the right eye, but it is much improved.
