I had an issue with my appointment time for Covid testing but the staff at the front desk was able to schedule me immediately. Nurses were great and the exam and test were quick. The waiting room is absolutely spotless and it is an outstanding facility.
1st time there and it was a Great experience
The staff at TGH Urgent Care were fantastic. They were professional as well as kind. I had to get a few X-rays of my knee and they were very gentle when having to position my foot. I would definitely use this facility again.
Courteous, professional prompt attention and informative. I cannot say enough how pleased my visit was. Entire staff was awesome If someone I know needs the rest care possible care, even if not living in your area, I would enthusiastically recommend TGH Thanks for your excellent service to the community

Waited about 1/2 hour (not bad due to the number of people already there). Was interviewed by a triage nurse, then seen by a nurse practitioner. Both introduced themselves by name. Instructions were give, and a Covid test done. Everyone was pleasant.
